Hello Canary users!
Canary's latest release is here, bringing some exciting enhancements based on user feedback!

New Features:
- New issues can be “Resolved” immediately, instead of sending them through the standard approval workflow
- If you feel confident that you have adequately addressed a “New” issue, simply click on “Resolve” instead of “Submit” to skip the “Awaiting Approval” and “Pending Resolution” workflow states
- Tank Overfills and Tank Maximum Product alarms will always create distinct issues, since many users have indicated a preference to see these as independent issues
- Don’t forget that you can merge issues together to group them - simply click on “X Issues at this site” then drag and drop the issues together to group them.
- Many users indicated that Tank Invalid Fuel Level alarms were not very useful, so these alarms will longer create issues
Issue page updates
- You can now sort and track activity by the following categories on the “Issues” page:
- Last alarm time - when did the last alarm occur in this issue?
- Last user activity name and time - who has recently looked at or modified this issue and when?
- Days in stage - how long has this issue been in its current workflow state?
Site issue history updates
- You can now view additional details for all historic issues at a site:
- Last alarm time - when did the last alarm occur in this issue?
- Last user activity name and time - who has recently modified (updated workflow state, added comment, attached file) this issue and when?
- Current status - what workflow state is this issue currently in?
